Returns for International Orders
Returns are accepted only if they meet the conditions outlined in our
Return Policy. This includes cases where parts do not fit international models.
Where We Ship
We currently ship international orders only to Canada via FedEx.
Customers outside Canada can use a shipping forwarder to receive their orders.
Duties, Taxes & Fees
All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. FedEx will contact you to arrange payment.
Charges may include:
- Canadian Entry Prep Fees
- Duties and Taxes
- Brokerage Fees (based on order value)
Shipping Hazardous Materials
Certain items, such as touch-up paint, sprays, and seatbelts, are classified as hazardous (HAZMAT) and can only be shipped to Canada via International Ground.
